Why should I hire VideoToss?
We’ve produced over 100 videos of different genres and styles since 2016 that have generated hundreds of thousands of total views across and other platforms. We even invent products ourselves, so we understand your needs.
How fast will I receive my video?
Videos can be delivered in as few as 7 business days, but this is dependent on many factors including complexity.
Who puts together the videos?
Believe it or not, I am an army of one, as well as the founder of VideoToss. I create these videos myself and you’ll be working directly with me. However, complex and pro projects may include services or parts provided by partners.
How long are the pitch videos you create?
Pitch videos are typically 30-60 seconds long depending on many factors. This includes an ending slide with your desired contact information, so companies know how to reach you directly.
What programs do you edit videos with?
Most requests we complete using either iMovie or Adobe Premiere Pro. We also use Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Express and a few other tools as needed.
What if I don’t like the video?
No problem! We include 3 basic revisions for each video made. Complex or time consuming revisions may require additional fees.
Are there any product categories you don’t create videos for?
Yes. We only create videos for products that are legal and sold in a standard retail, online or public setting. Nothing highly offensive, derogatory or unkind please.
Are there any refunds for the service?
Because of the great deal of effort and time invested in video projects, as well as subjectivity, we do not offer refunds. That being said, if we feel as though we made a mistake, we will own it and make it right or issue a refund at our own discretion. We want you to be happy with your video and we make every effort to ensure you get the video you need!
